Catalonia is the autonomous Spanish region located in the North East of the Iberian Peninsula. The Sporturismo tournaments take place in the football grounds of Pineda, Lloret de Mar, Calella and Santa Susanna, towns located along the Mediterranean coast, in the Costa Brava, Costa Maresme, Barcelona, the Costa Garraf and Costa Daurada, where the climate is mild throughout the whole year. Pineda de Mar is easily reached by car, by train, by plane, by ship.

By car, arriving from Italy, it is best to leave the Autopista del Mediterraneo motorway at exit 09 (Salida 09), after Girona, and then to continue on the N-II towards Malgrat de Mar. Just before you reach Malgrat de Mar, continue for a few kilometres – still on the N II - towards Barcelona. Pineda de Mar is only 25 km from the motorway exit.

By train, we recommend - once you get off at Barcelona Central Station – to take the regional train towards Massanet-Massanes. You can take this train at the Stations of Sants, Plaça Catalunya, Arc de Triomf, El Clot-Aragó. Pineda de Mar is towards the end of the journey.

By airplane, the nearest airports to Pineda de Mar are Barcelona El Prat and Girona. Barcelona El Prat Airport offers a variety of options: the regional train (change at the Barcelona-Sants station), or the bus (www.barcelonabus.com). Take the bus from Girona airport.
